- When can a product be returned?
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, it is possible to return a product purchased on the site within 14 days, from the date of receipt of the shipment or package.
Any product purchased on the website can be returned provided that it has not been used, the product has not been damaged as a result of use, no repairs have been made to the product, and the product has been returned in the original box and with the original labels attached. Petshield has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned products.
2. Return via Israel Post delivery
A return can be made by sending the items through the Israel Post, to the address details indicated in the package. Please note that the customer must add all the order details in the package so that we can locate and claim it.
Return and credit – it is necessary to indicate in the email whether you would like to receive a credit to the site for the next purchase or a monetary credit for the payment method with which the transaction was paid without being charged a clearing fee. The credit will be carried out under the same conditions as the original transaction.
