NexGard Spectra, developed by Mariel experts, is a broad-spectrum preparation resulting from the combination of two main ingredients, and its purpose is to protect dogs from external and internal parasites: ticks, fleas, helminths (roundworms, whipworms, hookworms), is an excellent prevention of dirofilariasis in dogs (helminthiasis caused by type D nematodes, parasites in the arteries of the heart and lungs, organs of vision).
The main active ingredients of the drug are: apocolanar and milvamycin oxime, which affect paralysis on parasites, which leads to their death at all stages of their development.
The drug is released in the form of tasty chewable tablets that smell and taste like beef. Most dogs are happy to eat the medicine and there is no need to hide it in food. The medicine is intended for dogs aged 8 weeks and older and weighing more than two kg. The dose of the medicine is calculated according to the dog’s weight. The medicine has five doses, depending on the dog’s weight.
